Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the AtlasWithin informational website and describe the current status of the private Atlas AI Local project.

1. Informational website
Atlaswithin.net provides product, privacy, and terms information for Atlas AI Local. The website is not the Atlas application, does not provide public access to the owner’s local assistant, and does not create an account, subscription, support contract, or service relationship with visitors.
2. Private project status
Atlas AI Local is currently a private, locally operated personal project. Descriptions on this website explain intended and tested behavior; they are not a promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for another person’s use.
3. Authorized use and owner responsibility
Atlas is intended to act only within the connected owner’s lawful authority and active permission settings. The owner remains responsible for reviewing consequential actions, maintaining account and device security, and complying with third-party terms that apply to connected services.
4. No professional advice
Content produced by Atlas or presented on this website is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, or other licensed professional advice. Important decisions should be independently reviewed by a qualified person.
5. Third-party services
Atlas may connect to services such as Google Workspace or an owner-selected model provider. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and account controls. AtlasWithin does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their continued compatibility.
6. Privacy and Google data
Use of Google user data is described in the Atlas AI Local Privacy Policy. The owner can revoke the Google connection through Atlas and independently through Google Account settings.
7. Availability and warranties
The website and project information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the project changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to privacy@atlaswithin.net.
